No. With MultiNOR you can handle your case in your own language. You fill in the online form, provide the required information and documents, and our experts prepare the case. Whenever something needs clarifying, we will contact you.

First you choose the right service and fill in the online form. If the case requires documents, you can attach them while submitting the order. Then you pay for the service using PayU or a regular bank transfer, and MultiNOR experts take care of the rest, including contact with the authorities. You can check the status of your order at any time in your free MultiNOR account, in the My cases tab.

The required documents depend on the type of official matter or the service you choose. While filling in the form you will be told which data and attachments are needed to complete the order. You can send the documents online, without delivering them to the MultiNOR office in person.

The price depends on the type of service and the scope of help you need. Current prices are listed in the MultiNOR price list and next to each service. For offers marked with a price starting from, the final cost may depend on, among other things, the scope of the case or the number of documents to be prepared.

Yes. Many MultiNOR services can be used online both during your stay in Norway and after you return home. We help, among others, people who still have to settle Norwegian tax, obtain documents, arrange benefits, report a change of address or apply for a Norwegian pension. If a given matter requires additional action or a personal visit to an office, we will let you know while handling the order.

You can check the status of your order after logging in to your free MultiNOR account. In the My cases tab you will see your orders and information about their progress. This lets you keep track of what is happening with your case without having to contact support every time.
